Information We Collect

When you use this site, Sable Beauty Studio may collect your name, phone number, selected service, appointment date and time, hair notes, booking status, and messages you send through the booking form.

If payments are offered, payment checkout is handled by Square or another secure payment provider. This website does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials. If saved payments are later enabled, the studio may store limited payment references such as a Square customer ID, card-on-file ID, card brand, and last four digits so a returning customer can recognize a saved payment method.

How We Use Information

We use customer information to receive booking requests, hold appointment times, contact customers about appointments, send reminders or verification codes, process payments, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Payments And Saved Payments

Debit card, credit card, Cash App Pay, or similar payment options may be processed by Square or another third-party payment provider. Those providers may collect payment and device information under their own privacy notices and terms.

A saved payment method will only be used after the customer authorizes it and verifies access to the phone number connected to the booking. Do not enter another person's phone number or attempt to use another person's saved payment method.

Sharing Information

We may share information with service providers that help run the booking site, store booking data, deliver booking emails, send texts, process payments, host the website, or provide security and fraud prevention. These may include Supabase, Square, Google services, website hosting providers, SMS providers, and similar vendors.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect the studio, or to respond to a customer dispute or payment issue.

Texts And Calls

By submitting a booking request, you agree that the studio may call or text the phone number you provide about your appointment, payment, reminders, and verification codes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP where supported to stop non-essential text messages.

Retention And Security

Booking records are kept as long as needed for scheduling, customer service, payment records, tax, accounting, dispute handling, and business operations. We use reasonable safeguards and trusted service providers, but no website, text message, or payment system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You may ask the studio to update or delete booking contact information when it is no longer needed for appointments, payment records, disputes, or legal obligations. You can also choose Debit/Credit checkout instead of using a saved payment method.

Children

This site is intended for customers who can make or manage an appointment. A parent or guardian should book for minors.

Changes

We may update this policy when the booking, payment, or communication process changes. The effective date above shows when this version was posted.
