Using This Site

These terms apply when you use the Sable Beauty Studio website to view services, submit booking requests, communicate with the studio, or make payments. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Booking Requests

A submitted booking is a request for the selected service, date, and time. The studio may contact you to confirm details, request a deposit, adjust timing, decline a request, or cancel if the appointment cannot be performed.

You are responsible for entering accurate contact information and appointment details. The phone number you provide must be your own number or a number you are authorized to use for appointment communication.

Payments

Debit card, credit card, Cash App Pay, or similar checkout options may be offered through Square or another secure payment provider. Payment providers have their own terms, privacy notices, security tools, and dispute processes.

Prices, deposits, cancellation requirements, refund handling, and remaining balances may be shown on the site or communicated by the studio. If no separate written policy is provided for a specific appointment, contact the studio before the appointment with any payment, cancellation, or refund question.

Saved Payments And Codes

If saved payments are enabled, they are optional. A saved payment method may only be used after the customer authorizes it and verifies access to the phone number connected to the booking. Keep verification codes private. Do not attempt to use another person's phone number, code, or saved payment method.

Texts And Calls

By submitting a booking request, you agree that the studio may call or text you about booking details, reminders, payments, verification codes, and customer service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP where supported to stop non-essential text messages.

Service Readiness

Customers should arrive prepared for the requested service and disclose relevant hair, scalp, allergy, product, timing, or accessibility needs before the appointment. The studio may decline or adjust a service when performing it would be unsafe, impractical, or outside the booked service.

Site Misuse

Do not submit false bookings, use someone else's contact or payment information, attempt to interfere with the booking system, scrape the site, bypass security controls, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Third-Party Services

This site may rely on third-party tools for booking storage, email relay, text messages, hosting, and payments. The studio is not responsible for third-party outages, declined payments, provider rules, or external websites.

No Guarantee

The site is provided as available. We work to keep booking and payment links accurate, but errors, outages, or schedule conflicts can happen. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sable Beauty Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.
